We offer the guarantee of working with Nacex (nacex.es<\/a>) for our shipments.<\/p>

Order Dispatch Times<\/strong>
The dispatch time is between 2-3 days, Monday through Friday, provided the products are in stock at our facilities and there are no shortages or out-of-stock issues.
In the event that www.grabados.shop cannot meet this deadline due to a lack of stock, our customer service team will contact you within 1 to 3 business days to inform you and proceed with confirmation of the approximate service date, exchange, or cancellation of the order. Merchandise Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n

Merchandise returns will only be accepted within 15 days of receipt and if they have been authorized by Hermans Grabados Barcelona S.L.:<\/p>\n

If you have created a user account, log in to your account and contact us.
If you have not created a user account, you must request a return by emailing info@grabados.shop.<\/p>\n

The process for making a claim for defective material and to avoid unnecessary charges is:
1. Send a photo of the defective product to info@grabados.shop.
2. Indicate the product defect.
3. Indicate the order number and date, as well as the invoice number issued by Hermans Grabados Barcelona S.L. (an essential requirement).<\/p>\n

If Grabados.shop by Hermans deems it appropriate, the product will be collected from the customer’s home at no additional cost. In this case, Grabados.shop by Hermans will contact the customer to inform them of the appropriate procedure. Grabados.shop by Hermans will not reimburse the customer for shipping costs for defective materials that the customer has unilaterally sent without prior authorization.<\/p>\n

In the case of a return due to defective materials due to a manufacturing defect, Grabados.shop by Hermans will replace the material with a new one or one of the same quality. Under no circumstances will the customer be refunded; instead, a credit note valid for future purchases will be issued.<\/p>\n

In the case of a return due to defective materials due to a usage error, Grabados.shop by Hermans will inform the customer in writing of the reason for not proceeding with the claim and will send the defective product back to them (if it has been collected). In the event of a return due to incorrect material (due to an error on the part of the customer), the customer must return the merchandise postage paid to the address indicated in the authorization. Grabados.shop by Hermans will replace it according to the conditions of the order dispatch period section at no additional cost.<\/p>\n
