HOW TO SEND DESIGNS?

Ideally, vector designs should be submitted in their original format, i.e., in the program in which they were created: AI, EPS, or PDF.
The image or design should not contain more than one color. It should not include gradients or shading. It must be monochrome, using 100% black or white ink.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Steps to follow if you want to return your order:

1- Send us an email, within 15 days of placing your order, to info@grabados.shop explaining the reason for the return and including the order number. Don’t forget to include “RETURN” in the subject line.

2- Once we have processed your incident, we will ask you to send us the product to the address we will provide so we can check and review it. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

3- If the product is not in good condition, we will refund your money or exchange it for another product, depending on the type of return.

ARE TAXES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Yes, the price always includes VAT or applicable taxes. For shipments outside of Spain, we do not apply VAT if the customer has a valid VAT number and provides it to us.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR TRACKING MY ORDER?

After placing your order, we will send you an email confirming your order.

After verifying that your payment has been made correctly, we will begin manufacturing and preparing your order.

If you have any questions about your design, you will receive a second email with a print proof for you to review and approve.

Finally, you will receive a third email with the invoice and the delivery date provided by the courier company.
