Our principles
1. Introduction
Grabados.shop by Hermans aims to operate under a series of ethical and conduct principles that ensure the social function that every company must have and that promote an impeccable reputation.
We believe that clarifying, communicating, following, and updating these principles is an essential element of our Mission, and therefore, we understand that these principles must encompass our entire team and the people and companies with which we interact.
Thus, our Code of Ethics encompasses:

• Our responsibility to and for our customers
• Our responsibility to and for our suppliers
• Our responsibility for the long-term sustainability of society and our environment.
Grabados.shop by Hermans will maintain a “zero tolerance” policy toward the violation of these principles and toward any unethical behavior both within the company and within its sphere of influence.
2. Validity and Scope of Application
The various codes of conduct defined in our Code of Ethics apply to all companies in the Grabados.shop by Hermans group.
Thus, all members of the organization, its Governing Bodies, and external entities that collaborate with us undertake to understand and respect, in the practice of their professional activities with us, this set of behavioral guidelines and ethical framework.
These values and policies emanate from the Board and Senior Management, and therefore, they are expected to set the highest level of personal example and commitment to them.
The Company will keep these codes up to date and make them available to any internal or external person who wishes to consult them, posting them on our public website(s), the Intranet, and the Employee Portal.
3. Pillars of the Code of Ethics
Below, we define a series of minimum standards that we understand are mandatory for all our internal and external collaborators, regardless of their situation or location. Each person, supplier, or client can define actions or new policies that, in accordance with those described, allow us to further the objectives pursued.
This Code of Ethics is inspired by three pillars:

• The personal values that inspire our corporate Vision and Mission.
In cases where situations not described in the aforementioned policies may arise but that require a decision, our people are expected to ensure that said decision is inspired by the Company’s principles and values.

All members of our teams, both employees and external collaborators who work with us, agree to support and respect the following principles:

3.2. Code of Conduct for Our Clients
All members of our teams, both employees and external collaborators who work with us and have contact with our clients, agree to support and respect the following principles:
• Develop long-term relationships with our clients, promoting trust, mutual respect, transparency, and confidentiality
• Guarantee the utmost respect for our clients, to the same extent as we do for our colleagues
• Strive for excellence, offering our clients the best possible service, addressing their needs and presenting clear and precise proposals
• Provide honest, responsible, professional, and transparent advice, based 100% on justified technical criteria, always providing accurate and truthful information, avoiding responses that do not reflect the interests of our clients
• Act in good faith and diligently in our business relationships
• Respect competitors, avoiding criticism, defamation, or disparagement of our competitors
• Monitor and evaluate our offering, ensuring the diversity, quality, innovation, and value of our products and services What we offer
• Resolve any potential differences by prioritizing dialogue and arbitration practices
• Follow the principles of consistency in personal conduct established in Our Team Code, avoiding any conflict of interest
• In our relationships with the public and private sectors, we expressly renounce the use of any illegal, corrupt, or unethical means when acquiring clients, implementing projects, advising, or invoicing our services
3.3. Code of Conduct for Our Suppliers
The quality of the products and services provided by Hermans Grabados Barcelona S.L. to its clients depends above all on its ability to obtain excellent services from the supplier companies. Therefore, the selection of supplier companies must be transparent and meticulous.
Hermans Grabados Barcelona S.L. is committed to promoting and incentivizing its suppliers and subcontractors to the same criteria it applies to its people and clients, seeking the highest standards of ethics, integrity, good governance, and quality in the performance of its activities.
Therefore, all suppliers and companies that provide any type of product or service to Group companies must confirm that they are aware of and share the following principles by signing the corresponding Letter of Commitment:
• Promote respect for Human Rights throughout the entire value chain, that is, in their own facilities and those of their subcontractors
• Strictly comply with applicable regulations and legislation
• Use all information received from Hermans Grabados Barcelona S.L. confidentially and responsibly
• Submit Provide quality products and services that meet specifications, promptly reporting any problems detected that may affect the functions these products are designed to perform.
• Take special care to protect the intellectual and industrial property rights of the company itself or third parties.
• Guarantee equal opportunities, rejecting all discriminatory practices based on race, color, gender, religion, disability, sexual orientation, political opinion, union affiliation, national ancestry, or social origin.
• Protect its people from any intimidating action, whether physical, verbal, or in any other form, that could be classified as harassment or abuse.
• Ensure worker protection, ensuring that business activities do not put company employees at risk, assessing the risks involved.
• Respect workers’ rights, specifically complying with the Fundamental Rights recommended by the International Labor Organization. Specifically, but not limited to:
– Avoid the use of child labor, respecting the established minimum hiring ages
– Avoid the use of forced or compulsory labor, keeping workers in a regularized employment status, free to leave employment provided they give reasonable notice
– Pay wages and minimum, maximum, or overtime working hours in accordance with applicable regulations
– Guarantee the rights of freedom of association, affiliation, and collective bargaining, without any retaliation arising from their exercise
– Provide a safe and healthy work environment, with adequate occupational health and safety conditions that prevent injuries and accidents, minimizing the causes of hazards inherent to the work practice and environment
• Respect the environment, complying at least with the applicable legislation of the corresponding country
• Renounce any type of illegal or corrupt activity, specifically those aimed at influencing decisions or allocation processes with workers of Hermans Grabados Barcelona S.L. through non-transparent means or that could be classified as corrupt.
All negotiations with suppliers must respect the company’s defined quality principles. Fairness and impartiality must govern relations with supplier companies, in order to maintain a balanced and objective relationship. Purchasing must be carried out with impeccable ethics and comply with regulations, especially those pertaining to competition rules.
3.4. Sustainability Code of Conduct
Hermans Grabados Barcelona S.L. feels responsible for helping to ensure the long-term sustainability of the society and the planet in which we live and work. We believe that this responsibility obliges us not only to respect the environment but also to implement active policies to improve it.
Therefore, as a company, we want our actions to respect the following principles:
3.4.1. With Society and its Institutions
• Contribute to the economic development and well-being of the society where we operate
• Carry out our activities by giving priority to groups in need and/or at risk of social exclusion
• Participate in the market while respecting current competition legislation, prioritizing dialogue and arbitration practices in the event of differences and conflicts
• Provide truthful and transparent information on the economic, social, and environmental performance of the Group companies
3.4.2. With Road Safety
Due to the very nature of the product we sell and the community we serve, we consider it important to commit to road safety for motorcyclists:
• Sell a quality product that fulfills its required functions
• Participate in information campaigns that help motorcyclists better understand the risks they face and mitigate them as much as possible
• Influence, to the extent possible, authorities to implement policies that protect motorcyclists
3.4.3. With the Environment
• Strictly comply with current regulations
• Promote and encourage respect for the environment within our team and in our facilities
• Reduce the direct impact generated by our daily activities as a company, specifically the issues of discharges, waste generation, emissions, electricity consumption, water consumption, packaging consumption, etc.
• Minimize the use of raw materials and supplies (cardboard boxes, paper, toner, etc.) to the bare minimum.
• Promote the selective collection and recycling of all waste where permitted.
• Reduce the indirect impact we may have on the environment through projects or activities carried out for third parties.
4. Policies and Procedures
The Company will develop, communicate, and implement the Policies and Procedures necessary to carry out each of its activities in accordance with this Code of Ethics. These Policies and Procedures are mandatory, and the Company must act ethically and lawfully at all times.
In any case, the Company expresses its firm commitment to complying with current legislation and to refraining from engaging in illegal activities.
